Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 208312 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.
  2. Disconnect the park/neutral position switch electrical connector.

    3. Object Number: 208314 Size: SH
  3. Remove the park/neutral position switch bolts.
  4. Remove the park/neutral position switch from the transmission control.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 208314 Size: SH
  1. Ensure that the transmission control is still in the NEUTRAL position.
  2. Install the tang on the park/neutral position switch, into the slot on the transmission control.
  3. Adjust the park/neutral switch. Refer to Park/Neutral Position Switch Adjustment .

    4. Object Number: 208312 Size: SH
  4. Connect the park/neutral position switch electrical connector.
  5. Install the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.
