The exhaust muffler is a tri-flow design.
| • | 3.8L vehicles not equipped with RPOs Y87 and W68 use a single
outlet muffler. |
| • | 3.8L vehicles equipped with PROs Y87 and W68 use a dual outlet
muffler. |
| • | 5.7L vehicles equipped with RPOs VP6, WS6 and WU8 use a single
outlet muffler. |
| • | 5.7L vehicles equipped without RPOs VP6, WS6 and WU8 use a dual
outlet muffler. |
The muffler used on this vehicle must be serviced with the exhaust pipe
they can not be serviced separately.
