Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 211602 Size: SH
  1. Remove the radiator upper support. Refer to Radiator Support Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the rosebud clips from the fans.

    3. Object Number: 550332 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the coolant fan electrical connectors.
  4. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.

    5. Object Number: 185073 Size: SH
  5. Remove the fan shroud:
    6. • Push the shroud up in order to disengage the shroud from the mounts.
    • Slide the shroud out the bottom of the vehicle.

  6. Remove the cooling fan brackets from the fan shroud, if necessary.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 349792 Size: SH
  1. Install the cooling fan brackets to the fan shroud, if necessary.

    2. Object Number: 185073 Size: SH
  2. Install the fan shroud into the four retaining tabs on the radiator.
  3. Lower the vehicle.

    4. Object Number: 550332 Size: SH
  4. Connect the coolant fan electrical connectors.

    5. Object Number: 211602 Size: SH
  5. Connect the rosebud clips to the fans.
  6. Install the radiator upper support. Refer to Radiator Support Replacement .
