Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 208247 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Disconnect the park neutral position switch electrical connector (2).

    3. Object Number: 208314 Size: SH
  3. Remove the park neutral position switch bolts.
  4. Remove the park neutral position switch from the transmission control.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 208314 Size: SH
  1. Ensure that the transmission control is still in the NEUTRAL position.
  2. Install the tang on the park neutral position switch, into the slot on the transmission control.
  3. Adjust the park neutral switch. Refer to Park/Neutral Position Switch Adjustment .

    4. Object Number: 208247 Size: SH
  4. Connect the park neutral position switch electrical connector (2).
  5. Install the front floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
