Dome Lamp Replacement 2-Door

Caution: Unless directed otherwise, the ignition and start switch must be in the OFF or LOCK position, and all electrical loads must be OFF before servicing any electrical component. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent an electrical spark should a tool or equipment come in contact with an exposed electrical terminal. Failure to follow these precautions may result in personal injury and/or damage to the vehicle or its components.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.



2. Using a flat-bladed tool, gently pry off the dome lamp lens (3).
3. Remove the 2 dome lamp assembly mounting screws (4).
4. Lower the dome lamp assembly (2).
5. Disconnect the dome lamp electrical connector (1).
6. Remove the dome lamp assembly (2) from the vehicle.

1. Connect the dome lamp assembly electrical connector (1).
2. Install the dome lamp assembly (2) to the vehicle. Secure the lamp assembly with the 2 screws (4).
3. Snap the dome lamp lens (3) into the dome lamp assembly.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.

Dome Lamp Replacement 4-Door

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Using a flat-bladed tool, gently pry off the dome lamp lens (4).
3. Remove the 2 dome lamp assembly mounting nuts (3).
4. Lower the dome lamp assembly (2).
5. Disconnect the dome lamp electrical connector (1).
6. Remove the dome lamp assembly (2) from the vehicle.

1. Connect the dome lamp assembly electrical connector (1).
2. Install the dome lamp assembly (2) to the vehicle. Secure the lamp assembly with the 2 nuts (3).
3. Snap the dome lamp lens (4) into the dome lamp assembly (2).
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
