Removal Procedure

    Caution: Unless directed otherwise, the ignition and start switch must be in the OFF or LOCK position, and all electrical loads must be OFF before servicing any electrical component. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent an electrical spark should a tool or equipment come in contact with an exposed electrical terminal. Failure to follow these precautions may result in personal injury and/or damage to the vehicle or its components.

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement in Doors.

  3. Object Number: 352123  Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the front speaker electrical connector (3).
  5. Remove the following components from the vehicle:
  6. 4.1. 4 screws
    4.2. The speaker (2) and the housing (1) assembly

    Object Number: 352127  Size: SH
  7. Remove the following components from the housing (2), if required:
  8. 5.1. 4 screws
    5.2. The speaker (1)

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 352127  Size: SH
  1. Install the speaker (1) to the housing (2), if removed. Secure the speaker with the 4 screws.

  2. Object Number: 352123  Size: SH
  3. Install the speaker-housing assembly (1,2) to the door. Secure the assembly with the 4 screws.
  4. Connect the front speaker electrical connector (3).
  5. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement in Doors.
  6. Connect the negative (-) battery cable.
