Removal Procedure
- Open the hood.
- Slide out the hood latch release cable sideways in order to release
the cable from the hood latch assembly.
- Remove the following components:
| • | The left wheelhouse panel |
- Remove 2 screws. Pull the hood latch release lever and
the cable from the instrument panel.
Installation Procedure
- Install the hood release cable through the following components
to the hood latch assembly:
- Connect the cable to the hood latch assembly.
- Install the hood latch release lever to the knee bolster. Secure
the lever with the 2 screws.
- Install the left front wheelhouse panel. Secure the wheelhouse
with the following components:
