Front Side Door Molding Replacement 2 Door

1. Wash the affected panel area with soap and water.
2. Wipe the area dry.
3. Remove all traces of adhesive from the following areas using oil-free naphtha or alcohol:

•	The body panel (3)

•	The back of the molding (1)

4. Mark the proper position of the molding (1) using a length of masking tape. Use the adjacent moldings as a guide, if applicable.
5. If the vehicle body is below 21°C (70°F) due to shop temperature or outside temperature, warm the body panel using a heat gun before proceeding.
6. Apply one of the following double-coated acrylic foam tapes to the molding (1):

•	P/N 06380, 3M Super Automotive Attachment Tape (which has a white backing)

•	P/N 06382 (which has a gray backing), or the equivalent

7. Align the molding (1) to the tape guideline.
8. Firmly press the molding (1) in place.

1. Wash the affected panel area with soap and water.
2. Wipe the area dry.
3. Remove all traces of adhesive from the following areas using oil-free naphtha or alcohol:

•	The body panel (3)

•	The back of the molding (1)

4. Mark the proper position of the molding (1) using a length of masking tape. Use the adjacent moldings as a guide, if applicable.
5. If the vehicle body is below 21°C (70°F) due to shop temperature or outside temperature, warm the body panel (3) using a heat gun before proceeding.
6. Apply one of the following double-coated acrylic foam tapes to the molding (1):

•	P/N 06380, 3M Super Automotive Attachment Tape (which has a white backing)

•	P/N 06382 (which has a gray backing), or the equivalent

7. Align the molding (1) to the tape guideline.
8. Firmly press the molding (1) in place.
