Tail Lamp Replacement Hatchback

Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning in the Preface section.




1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the tail lamp assembly screws (1).
3. Slide the tail lamp assembly toward the hatch opening and remove it.
4. Remove the bulbs.

1. Install the bulbs.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the tail lamp assembly with the screws (1) and tighten to 3 N·m (27 lb in).
3. Connect the negative battery cable.

Tail Lamp Replacement Notchback

1. Remove the screws and the lamp assembly.
2. Remove the bulbs.

1. Install the bulbs.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the lamp assembly with the screws and tighten to 3 N·m (27 lb in).
