Preliminary Procedures

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
2. Disconnect the radiator surge tank outlet hose/pipe. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose/Pipe Replacement.
3. Disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the water inlet assembly. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement.

10 N·m (89 lb in)
