Rear Suspension Link Replacement - Toe Link for Pontiac G6 2005

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
2. Remove the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .



3. Remove the toe link to steering knuckle bolt.
4. Remove the toe link to support assembly bolt and nut.
5. Remove the toe link from the rear support assembly and vehicle.

1. Install the toe link into the support assembly
2. Loosely install the toe assembly bolt and nut.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

3. Install the toe link to steering knuckle.

Tighten

•	Tighten the bolt and nut to 110 N·m (81 lb ft) plus 70 degrees.

•	Tighten the toe assembly bolt and nut to 110 N·m (81 lb ft) plus 70 degrees.

4. Install the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Adjust the rear toe. Refer to Rear Toe Adjustment .
