Removal Procedure
  1. Open the hood.

    2. Object Number: 1331351 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the solvent container washer hose from the windshield washer hose.
  3. Drain the washer solvent from the washer solvent container.

    4. Object Number: 1206992 Size: SH
  4. Remove the washer solvent container from the left frame rail. Refer to Windshield Washer Solvent Container Replacement
  5. Disconnect the washer hose from the washer pump.
  6. Remove the solvent container washer hose from the washer solvent container.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1206992 Size: SH
  1. Connect the solvent container washer hose to the washer pump.
  2. Install the solvent container washer hose to the washer solvent container. Ensure that the hose is routed within the channel on the side of the washer solvent container and snapped into the retaining features on the container.
  3. Install the washer solvent container to the left frame rail. Refer to Windshield Washer Solvent Container Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 1331351 Size: SH
  4. Connect the solvent container washer hose to the windshield washer hose.
  5. Fill the washer solvent container with washer solvent.
  6. Close the hood.
  7. Inspect the washers for proper operation.
