Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement 1st Design

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1890380 Size: SH
  1. Remove the right tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  2. Remove the right front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement .
  3. Remove the air cleaner inlet duct bolt (1) and push pin retainer (3).
  4. Remove the air cleaner inlet duct (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1890380 Size: SH
  1. Position the air cleaner inlet duct (2) to the side rail.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the air cleaner inlet duct bolt (1) and push pin retainer (3).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the right front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement .
  4. Install the right tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
