This bulletin is being revised to update the engineering contact information. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 08-08-111-006 (Section 08 - Body and Accessories).
Condition
Some customers may comment about loose or damaged rocker moldings.
Cause
GM Engineering is interested in understanding the cause for rocker molding repairs. Complete the following steps:
- Verify that the VIN and mileage are listed correctly on the repair order.
- Document the customer's complaint - be specific.
- Describe the cause of the customer's complaint, including description of the specific location.
- Photograph the concern prior to making any repairs.
- Document the specific steps taken to repair the customer's concern.
- Send an e-mail to michael.r.muncey@gm.com with the following information:
- Repair/replace the rocker molding as necessary.

| • | Specific description of customer's complaint, cause and correction |
