Tools Required

    • EN 46106 Engine Flywheel Holding Tool
    • J 45059 Angle Meter

    Object Number: 1958097 Size: SH
  1. Install the EN 46106  (1).

    2. Object Number: 1958103 Size: SH
  2. Place the automatic transmission flex plate (2) in position.
  3. Install 2 NEW automatic transmission flex plate to crankshaft retaining bolts (1) in location at the top and bottom of the automatic transmission flex plate (2) bolt pattern allowing the automatic transmission flex plate (2) to hang in position.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the remaining NEW automatic transmission flex plate to crankshaft retaining bolts (1).

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 30 N·m (22 lb ft).

    Tighten the bolts an additional 45 degrees using the J 45059 .
