Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1353516 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front door window defogger duct. Refer to Side Window Defogger Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side or Side Window Defogger Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
  2. Remove the inner panel outside rearview mirror insulator (3).
  3. Remove the 3 screws (2) securing the mirror (1) to the door.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector (4) from the outside rearview mirror (1).
  5. Remove the outside rearview mirror (1) from the front door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1353516 Size: SH
  1. Install the outside rearview mirror (1) to the front door.
  2. Connect the electrical connector (4) to the outside rearview mirror (1).

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the 3 outside rearview mirror screws (2).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the outside rearview mirror nuts to 3 N·m (26 lb in).

  4. Install the inner panel outside rearview mirror insulator (3).
  5. Install the front door window defogger duct. Refer to Side Window Defogger Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side or Side Window Defogger Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
