Condition: Front engine mount makes a rattle noise during high impact at low speeds.
Cause: Movement of the decoupler valve in the hydraulic mount is structurally transmitted into the passenger compartment.
Correction: Replace the front engine mount with updated engine mount. See Parts Information for updated part numbers.
Refer to applicable 1992 Service Manual, Section 6A7, for repair procedure. Vehicles that may have the engine mount rattle noise are 1992 N cars from Start of Production to Vehicle Identification Number breakpoint listed below by division.
