INSTALLATION OF THE FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET POP RIVETS ON 1992 SKYLARKS MAY BE PERFORMED USING KENT-MOORE TOOL J-39312, PHILLIPS PLASTIC CORP. PR-75, OR EQUIVALENT, IN PLACE OF THE SUGGESTED TOOL ON THE LICENSE PLATE BRACKET INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION SHEET. USE OF THE KENT-MOORE TOOL, OR EQUIVALENT, MAY FACILITATE EASIER INSTALLATION OF THE LICENSE PLATE BRACKET POP RIVETS.
