    Object Number: 58144 Size: SH
  1. Remove the coolant outlet assembly bolts.
  2. Remove the coolant outlet assembly.

    3. Object Number: 58147 Size: SH
  3. Remove the thermostat.
  4. Remove the heater inlet pipe nipple.

    5. Object Number: 54962 Size: SH
  5. Remove the engine coolant temperature sensor.

    6. Object Number: 69939 Size: SH
  6. Remove the intake manifold coolant pipe retaining screw.
  7. Carefully pry out the intake manifold coolant pipe from the lower intake manifold.
  8. Discard the intake manifold coolant pipe.
