J 42137 Lock Plate Compressor

1. Remove the SIR coil assembly. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil Disassemble - Off Vehicle .



2. Remove the wave washer.
3. Remove and discard the bearing retainer (1) usingJ 23653-SIR .



4. Remove the shaft lock (1).
5. Remove the turn signal cancel cam (2).
6. Remove the upper bearing spring (3).
7. Remove the upper bearing spacer (4).
