Preparation Procedure

1. Ensure that the fuel tank is full.
2. Park the vehicle on a level surface.
3. Place an assistant or an equivalent weight in the driver seat of the vehicle.
4. Close the doors.
5. Rock the vehicle from side to side in order to stabilize the suspension.

Aiming Procedure

1. Turn the vertical adjustment screw until the pattern aligns on the screen.
2. Obtain the following conditions when you project the lamps on a screen 7.6 m (25 ft) away:

•	The top edge (4) of the high intensity zone will be 100 mm (4 in) below the horizontal centerline (2) of the lamps.

•	The center of the high intensity zone will be on the vertical centerline (1) of the lamps.
