TIMING CHAIN DAMPNER PRODUCTION CHANGE

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1981 VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH V.I.N. CODE A, 3 OR 4 ENGINE THE STATIONARY TIMING DAMPNER NORMALLY LOCATED TO THE LEFT OF THE TIMING CHAIN ON THE ABOVE ENGINES WAS DISCONTINUED IN PRODUCTION WITH ENGINE BUILD CODE #133. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO INSTALL ONE ON ENGINES ABOVE THIS CODE NUMBER.
