The diagnostic test information in the 1988, 1989 and 1990 W-car Service Manuals Section 8A-33 has been revised. Please make the following corrections in your copies of the following Service Manuals.

"Speedometer and all other speed related functions do not operate properly, ECM Code 24 is not set."
and replace it with:
"Speedometer and/or Cruise Control, Driver Information Centre, Automatic Safety Belt, or Turn Signal Reminder speed signal related feature(s) do not work, but ECM Code 24 is not set."
