Removal Procedure
- Remove the coolant heater cord retainer.
- Cut the coolant heater cord straps at the engine wiring harness.
- Disconnect the coolant heater cord from the coolant heater.
- Remove the coolant heater cord from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
- Install the coolant heater cord to the vehicle.
- Connect the coolant heater cord to the coolant heater.
- Install a new coolant heater cord straps at the engine wiring harness.
- Install the coolant heater cord retainer.
Notice: The heater cord must not touch the engine, hot pipes, manifold, or any moving parts. Route the cord to the left front of the engine compartment securing with tie straps as necessary to prevent damage.
