1. Turn the headlamp switch to the HEAD position.
2. Turn the headlamp dimmer switch to the HIGH position.
3. Using a J 39200 digital multimeter (DMM), measure the voltage in CKT 11 between the instrument cluster harness connector C2 terminal G and ground.

Is the voltage within the specified range?

9-14 V

Go to Step 3

Repair a poor connection or open in CKT 11 between S219 and the instrument cluster harness connector C2 terminal G.

Inspect the high beam indicator bulb. If OK, service the instrument cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .
