1. Turn the headlamp switch to the OFF position.
2. Turn the fog lamp switch to the OFF position.
3. Using a test light in order to backprobe between the fog lamp switch harness connector from terminal F and ground.

Does the test light illuminate?

1. Disconnect the fog lamp switch electrical harness connector.
2. Using a test light in order to probe between the fog lamp switch harness connector terminal F and ground.

Does the test illuminate?

Repair a short to B+ in CKT 317.

Replace the fog lamp switch. Refer to Fog Lamp Switch Replacement

Replace the FOG LPS relay.

Do the fog lamps turn OFF?

Replace the underhood accessory wiring junction block. Refer to Junction Block Replacement - Accessory Wiring in Body Front End.
