Inspect the TURN fuse.

Is the fuse open?

1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
2. Using a test light, backprobe between connector C201 terminal A2 and ground.

Does the test light illuminate?

Repair a poor connection or open in CKT 539.

Is the repair complete?

Repair a short to ground in CKT 539.

Is the repair complete?

Replace the turn signal switch. Refer to Multifunction Turn Signal Lever Replacement - On Vehicle in steering wheel and column.
