Inspect the front height adjustment. Refer to Rear Height Will Not Go Up or Down, Front Height Functions Operate Normally.

Does the front height adjustment operate correctly?

Go to Step 4

Inspect the rear height adjustment. Refer to Rear Height Will Not Go Up or Down, Front Height Functions Operate Normally.

Does the rear height adjustment operate correctly?

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 5

1. Inspect for a poor connection at the driver seat adjuster switch connector.
2. Inspect for a poor connection at the seat adjuster motor assembly connectors.

Does a poor connection exist?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 6

1. Repair the poor connection at the driver seat adjuster switch connector, as needed.
2. Repair the poor connection at the seat adjuster motor assembly connectors, as needed.
3. Inspect the system.

Is the repair complete?

1. Replace the driver seat adjuster switch. Refer to Power Seat Switch Replacement .
2. Inspect the system.
