Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 319642  Size: SH
  1. Remove the rear window trim panel. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the bolts/screws from the rear speaker base.
  3. Lift up on the front of the rear speaker in order to release the rear mounting tabs.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the rear speaker.

  5. Object Number: 319645  Size: SH
  6. Remove the rear speaker from the rear shelf.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 319645  Size: SH
  1. Install the rear speaker to the rear shelf.
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the rear speaker.
  3. Align the rear speaker mounting tabs into the slots.

  4. Object Number: 319642  Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  5. Install the bolts/screws to the rear speaker base.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the rear speaker bolts/screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  7. Install the rear window trim panel. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
