Removal Procedure
  1. Open the fuel filler door.
  2. Remove the fuel filler pocket. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement

    3. Object Number: 318865 Size: SH
  3. Remove the fuel filler door assembly from the quarter panel.

    4. Object Number: 318866 Size: SH
  4. Drill the rivets from the fuel filler door hinge.
  5. Remove the fuel filler door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 318866 Size: SH
  1. Install the rivets to the fuel filler door hinge.

    2. Object Number: 318865 Size: SH
  2. Install the fuel filler pocket to the quarter panel. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement .
  3. Close the fuel filler door.
