DEFINITION: The windshield header courtesy/reading lamps stay on with all the doors closed, the IP dimmer switch off, the windshield header courtesy/reading lamp switches off, and none of the interior lighting modes activated. The inadvertent load (battery rundown) protection turns off the windshield header courtesy/reading lamps after 10 minutes.

1. Close all of the vehicle doors.
2. Turn off the IP dimmer switch.
3. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
4. Cycle (on/off) the switches for the windshield header courtesy/reading lamps.
