This bulletin is being revised to add statement telling dealers to contact Product Quality Center (PQC). Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 07-07-30-012A (Section 07 -- Transmission/Transaxle).
Condition
Some customers may comment on one or more of the following conditions:
| • | No drive or reverse |
| • | Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) shudder |
| • | Noise with TCC applied |
Correction
Remove the bottom pan and inspect for debris (sediment in pan described as fine metallic particles). If debris is present, replace the transmission and the torque converter and flush the cooler lines.

The PQC will be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m. in each time zone in the continental U.S. (in Canada, Eastern to Pacific Time).
