The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Previously, when an air cleaner box spring clip is damaged or lost, the entire air cleaner box had to be ordered to obtain the replacement spring clip.
Recommendation/Instructions:
It is no longer necessary to order the air cleaner box to obtain the air cleaner box spring clips. The spring clips are now available separately. Until stock is available at GMSPO you will need to fax in a Warranty Parts Center (WPC) request for WPC part number 369.
