EGR VALVE OVERRIDE RELAY PRODUCTION CHANGE

A RECENT PRODUCTION CHANGE WAS MADE ON 1981 MODELS EQUIPPED WITH LD5 V6 ENGINES. THIS CHANGE CONSISTS OF THE ADDITION OF A JUMPER HARNESS AND A RELAY WHICH ALLOWS THE EGR SOLENOID ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT TO BE OVER RIDDEN UNDER CERTAIN OPERATING CONDITIONS. REFER TO FIGURE 1 AND 2.
