On June 10, 1993, Pontiac mailed to all dealers a letter announcing the "Customer Complaint Not Duplicated" labor operations. These operations are intended to be used only when the customer's complaint can not be duplicated. Please refer to the June 10, 1993 Dealer Letter for specific guidelines and usage.
The labor operation numbers are attached. (The $100.00 deductible does not apply to a customer complaint not duplicated operations for 1989, 1990 and 1991 vehicles.

o "Customer Complaint Not Duplicated" labor operation numbers should only be used in conjunction with a complaint originating from a customer.
o Labor operation number usage must be reviewed and approved by the Service Manager at your dealership and so noted on the repair order prior to submission of the claim.
o "Customer Complaint Not Duplicated" labor operation numbers should not be used in conjunction with a same group repair labor operation number on the same repair order.
o Technicians should ONLY use "Customer Complaint Not Duplicated" labor operation numbers if they are properly trained in the specific area being diagnosed.
o Pays . 1 to .5 of an hour based on actual time (clock time). Actual time required should be submitted in regular labor hours column.
