Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1223283 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the clutch cable. Refer to Clutch Cable Replacement .
  2. Release the clutch pedal return spring (1).
  3. Remove the clutch pedal nut (4).
  4. Remove the clutch pedal (2).
  5. Remove the bushing (3).
  6. Remove the pedal return spring (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1223171 Size: SH
  1. Install the pedal return spring.
  2. Install the bushings.
  3. Install the clutch pedal.
  4. Install the nut.
  5. Fix the pedal return spring.
  6. Connect the clutch cable. Refer to Clutch Cable Replacement .
  7. Adjust the clutch cable. Refer to Clutch Assembly Adjustment .
