Tools Required

GE-46654 (DW-610-010) Clutch Hub Holding Tool

1. Remove the compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement .
2. Use the GE-46654  (1) to keep the clutch drive plate (2).
3. Remove the shaft bolt (3).
4. Remove the clutch drive plate.



5. Remove the snap ring from the compressor pulley using a ring pryer (1).
6. Remove the compressor pulley (2).



7. Disconnect the wiring harness holder and remove the electromagnetic clutch (1).

1. Connect the wiring harness holder and install the clutch coil.
2. Install the snap ring and compressor pulley.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

3. Use the GE-46654 to install the clutch drive plate with the shaft bolt (1).

Tighten
Tighten the shaft bolt to 13 N·m (115 lb in).

4. Install the compressor. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement .
