Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1225000 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor connector (1).
  3. Disconnect the IAT sensor (2).

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1224971 Size: SH
  1. Install the IAT sensor.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the IAT sensor to 20-30 N·m (15-22 lb ft).

  2. Install the IAT sensor connector.
  3. Connect the negative battery cable.
