Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1224899 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the steering column cover. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the turn signal switch by pushing the locking from the switch housing (1).
  4. Disconnect the connector (2).
  5. Remove the turn signal switch.

  6. Disconnect the wiper switch by pushing the locking from the switch housing (1).
  7. Disconnect the connector (2).
  8. Remove the wiper switch.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1224903 Size: SH
  1. Install the wiper switch.
  2. Install the turn signal switch.
  3. Install the steering column cover. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
