Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1220457 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front door seal trim. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  2. Remove the outside rearview mirror from the front door. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement .
  3. Remove the division bar screw.
  4. Remove the inside bolt (4).
  5. Remove the outside bolt (3).
  6. Remove the division bar (2).

  7. Remove the glass run from the front door.

    8. Object Number: 1225349 Size: SH

    Notice: When removing glass from the vehicle, apply tape to corners of glass and adjacent surfaces to help prevent paint damage.

  8. Remove the glass retaining bolts (2).
  9. Remove the glass from the front door (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1225351 Size: SH
  1. Install the front door glass with the bolts.

    2. Object Number: 1225348 Size: SH
  2. Install the front door glass run.

    3. Object Number: 1225347 Size: SH
  3. Install the division bar with the guide rail inside bolt, the guide rail outside bolt and the guide rail screw.
  4. Install the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement .
  5. Install the front door seal trim. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
