Removal Procedure

    Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning in the Preface section.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

    2. Caution: The instrument panel (I/P) should be at room temperature before performing service. This will allow the I/P to be more pliable. To prevent the instrument panel damage, cover the flat bladed tool with a soft cloth.

  2. Remove the instrument cluster trim panel from the instrument panel.
  3. Disconnect the hazard lamp switch connector.

Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the hazard lamp switch electrical connector.
  2. Install the instrument cluster trim panel.
  3. Connect the negative battery cable.
