Removal Procedure
- Remove the rear seat. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement .
- Unhook the J retainer on the bottom edge of the seat back cover.
- Reach underneath the seat back cover.
- Release the C-clip from the armrest pivot shaft while pushing in on the armrest.
- Remove the armrest from the seat.
Installation Procedure
- Install the armrest to the seat.
- Press firmly inward on the armrest in order to seat the C-clip onto the armrest pivot shaft.
- Hook the J retainer at the bottom edge of the seat back cover.
- Install the rear seat. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement .
- Reposition the seat back to the original position.
Important: During the removal of the armrest, ensure that you reset the C-clip (open end facing down) into the slotted shaft if the armrest C-clip disengages from the slotted shaft.
