Makes 🢒 Pontiac 🢒 2000 🢒 Montana 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 Heater Inlet Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner cover and duct assembly. Refer to Air Filter Element Replacement in Engine Controls.
  2. Disconnect the wiper linkage. Refer to Wiper Motor Crank Arm Replacement in Wiper Washer Systems.
  3. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.

    4. Object Number: 395311 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the inlet hose (1) from the inlet pipe (2).

    5. Object Number: 392563 Size: SH
  5. Disconnect the inlet hose from the heater core.
  6. Remove the inlet hose.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the inlet hose.

    2. Object Number: 392563 Size: SH
  2. Connect the inlet hose to the heater core and position the hose clamp as indicated.

    3. Object Number: 395311 Size: SH
  3. Connect the inlet (1) hose to the inlet pipe (2).
  4. Refill the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
  5. Connect the wiper linkage. Refer to Wiper Motor Crank Arm Replacement in Wiper Washer Systems.
  6. Install the air cleaner cover and duct assembly. Refer to Air Filter Element Replacement in Engine Controls.
