Are both turn signal indicators on also?

Repair the open in the ground circuit of the IPC.

Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the repair complete?

Are the high beam headlamps illuminated?

Go to Headlamp Low or High Beams Always On

Go to Step 5

Replace the IPC. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.

Important: Perform the set up procedure for the IP.

Did you complete the replacement and the set up procedure?
