Tools Required

J 38778 Door Trim Pad and Garnish Clip Remover

1. Remove the rear seats. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement in Seats.
2. Remove the rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement .
3. Remove the body pillar upper trim panel. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement .
4. Remove the front door sill plate. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement .
5. Remove the HVAC auxiliary control assembly. Refer to Control Assembly Replacement - Auxiliary in Side Trim Panel in HVAC Systems - Manual.
6. Remove the rear audio controls. Refer to Rear Seat Audio Control Replacement in Entertainment.



7. Using J 38778 , remove the retainers from the body side front trim panel .
8. Remove the front trim panel from the vehicle.

1. Install the front trim panel to the vehicle.
2. Install the retainers to the front trim panel by aligning the retainers to the holes and pushing in to secure the retainers.
3. Install the rear audio controls. Refer to Rear Seat Audio Control Replacement in Entertainment.
4. Install the HVAC auxiliary control assembly. Refer to Control Assembly Replacement - Auxiliary in Side Trim Panel in HVAC Systems - Manual.
5. Install the front door sill plate. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement .
6. Install the trim panel to the upper body pillar. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement .
7. Install the rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement .
8. Install the rear seats. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement in Seats.
