The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Some customers may comment on poor heat in the vehicle passenger compartment at low engine RPM. This condition is most prevalent at outside temperatures below 0° C (32° F).
Recommendation/Instructions:
If the bulletin has already been performed and/or the complete kit is not needed, the individual pieces can be purchased separately from GMSPO.

Note: 2000 model year was equipped with this pump already installed.
