The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
No start condition after the radio and HVAC control head were serviced or replaced. The SES light may or may not be illuminated and the Tech 2 will not communicate with either modules. Connectors C2 at the radio and C1 at the HVAC control head are both 12 way black connectors and can be inadvertently interchanged inducing this concern.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Ensure the connectors are properly installed in the correct location and retest.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
