Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection in Engine Electrical.
  2. Remove the right side I/P insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.

    3. Object Number: 440103 Size: SH
  3. Push the release tab on the bottom of the bracket to release the body control module (BCM).
  4. Slide the BCM from the bracket.

    5. Object Number: 440108 Size: SH
  5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 440108 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connectors to the BCM.

    2. Object Number: 440103 Size: SH
  2. Align the tabs on the BCM with the slots in the mounting bracket. Push the BCM up until the module clicks into place.
  3. Install the right side I/P insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  4. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection in Engine Electrical.
  5. Setup the BCM customized options.
