Whenever possible the front tow procedure is recommended due to the fact that the LeMans is a front wheel drive vehicle.
1. Refer to Figure 1.
2. Attach "T" hook chains to slots in bottom of floor pan just behind front wheels.
3. No 4x4 wooden timber needed.
4. Position the sling crossbar underneath radiator support.
5. Attach separate safety chains around outboard ends of lower control arms.

2. Attach "T" hook chains to slots in bottom of floor pan just ahead of rear wheels.
3. No 4x4 wooden timber needed.
4. Position the sling crossbar directly underneath rear body flange.
5. Attach separate safety chains to axle tube inboard of springs.
6. Towing speed and distance limited to 30 mph and 50 miles on drive wheels.
