COLD IDLE ROUGHNESS NEW PROM INFORMATION

Some 1983 1/2 Phoenix with 2.5L engine, automatic transaxle, and one-board ECM (previously covered in Bulletin 83-1-102, Section 6), may experience a rough idle when the engine is cold.

This condition may be corrected by installing a new PROM, Part Number 1226725.
